Standard Registration Process

The standard registration process for the Ratan International School Bulandshahr is

1. Notification of Admissions

  • Announcement: School usually announce the admission process through our website, social media, and local advertisements. This includes details about the classes for which admissions are open, eligibility criteria, and key dates.

2. Application Form

  • Obtain Application: Interested parents/guardians need to collect the admission application form. This can often be downloaded online via the school’s website or in person at the school’s administrative office.
  • Fill the Form: Parents must fill out the application form with required details, including the student’s name, date of birth, contact information, and prior school details (if applicable).

3. Document Submission

  • Required Documents: Along with the application form, parents must submit certain documents, which may include:
    • Birth certificate of the child (for age verification).
    • Transfer certificate (TC) from the previous school (if applicable).
    • Mark sheets or report cards from previous academic years.
    • Address proof of Parents (like utility bills, Aadhar card, etc.).
    • Domicile Proofs (If required)
    • 2 Passport-sized photographs each of the student and parents.
  • Verification: The school administration verifies these documents for authenticity.

4. Admission Test / Interview

  • Entrance Exam: Some schools, especially for higher classes, may conduct an entrance examination to assess the student’s aptitude. This may include subjects relevant to the class applied for.
  • Interview: In some cases, the school may also conduct an interview with the student and parents to gauge the student’s suitability and interest in the school’s programs.

5. Selection Process

  • Merit List: Based on the examination/interview performance and availability of seats, schools will prepare a merit list or shortlist candidates.
  • Notification: Selected candidates are notified through a call or via the school’s website.

6. Admission Confirmation

  • Fee Payment: Parents of selected candidates need to confirm the admission by paying the required admission and tuition fees. This may include one-time fees (like registration fee, development fee) and monthly or annual tuition fees.
  • Receipt: Upon payment, parents receive a receipt confirming the admission.

7. Orientation

8. Final Enrollment

  • Documentation: Once all payments are made, and documents verified, the student is officially enrolled. The school issues an admission number or ID, which is used for all future communication and records.

9. Commencement of Classes

  • Start Date: Finally, parents are informed about the start date of classes and any preparatory requirements, such as books, uniforms, and school supplies.
